Ghost does not yet support plugins, but that doesn't mean you can't have links on your blog. Theme Spectre themes are easy to edit, even for HTML beginners. Simply open the navigation.hbs file, or the social-media-nav.hbs file and follow the instructions to add whatever links you require.
